I love buying new shoes at the start of every new season. If I have fresh, current shoe options, I find my basic clothing items a lot more exciting. I’ve always been a shoe girl, but this Fall looks quite a bit different. Because I’m working from home (due to COVID) and have no real plans to dress up, I’m opting for lower heels, casual styles and boots that I can wear for a family walk, a casual dinner out (maybe), school drop-off, or just as part of a casual work from home look. Here are the boots I’ve bought OR have my eyes on this season.
- Sam Edelman Laguna Chelsea Boot The chunky sole is very in right now, but the slim silhouette and box toe help this boot maintain a sleek look.
2) Linea Paolo Vu Chelsea Bootie I usually opt for black boots, but these suede boots with the low heel will look so good with vintage jeans and a cozy sweater this Fall and Winter.
3) Timberland Sienna Waterproof Lace-Up Boot I love these boots because they check the box on a couple of key trends this season: lace-up and combat style. They are also practical because they are waterproof and comfortable, but I love that the heel gives you a little bit of height.
4. Marc Fisher LTD Izzie 2 Combat Boot Another lace-up combat style, but honestly- I could see these being an every. single. day. boot from October-February.
5. Zara Heeled Leather Square Toe Ankle Boots If I had anywhere to go, these would be a must buy. I love the square toe and the unique color so SO much.
6. Matisse Caty Western Pointed Toe Bootie I love the look of this western bootie. It would look great with wide leg jeans and a crew-neck bodysuit. It would also go so well with midi dresses.
