These are three books you need to read if you are looking for inspiration and motivation or need to make some improvements in your life.
I’ve loved self-help + non-fiction books since I can remember. Chicken Soup for the Teenage Soul, anyone? (I was embarrassed about this when I was 13) These days, I often listen to non-fiction books to keep myself motivated, learning and striving for more. I listened to these three books recently and HIGHLY recommend for anyone looking to achieve more, feel better or tap into a new way of thinking.
- Miracle Morning by Hal Elrod: I’ve always been a morning person but this book teaches you how to strategically set up your mornings to become a more successful and fulfilled person using the 5 “S” words. This book taught me exactly how to use the early morning hours to my advantage. If I had to pick one book that changed my mindset and motivated me for more- this is it.
- Atomic Habits by James Clear : This book helps you build systems to get a little bit better every single day. This book made me really think about small steps to progress vs. being overwhelmed by a big task or goal. I would read this if you have trouble reaching goals or doing the things you say you will do or accomplish.
- Untamed by Glennon Doyle: This book can help you think outside of the standards and expectations put on all of us, by ourselves, others, or society. This book made me feel inspired to think about what I really want and crave out of life. Read it if you are feeling stuck.
